What you need to bring:

boys: stick, gloves, arm pads, shoulder pads, helmet, a mouth piece, and while not required, but highly recommended, an athletic supporter with protective cup.

girls:stick, goggles/eyewear and a mouth guard.

FLC - FAQ's

FALL BALL - for players entering grades 9 -12.

  Do I get to play with my teammates?
  Yes, players register individually and we combine them into teams based upon school. Some programs will have a meeting for players/parents where everyone can register and pay (VISA/MC) online to ensure there are enough players      (16 – 24) to have your own team and play together.

  What if my school does not have enough players to form a team?
  We will place your players with another group to form a team.

  How many practices?
  FLC provides a team practice the first Saturday, before games begin. Some teams will meet on their own and practice more.

  What about jerseys?
  Jerseys are distributed to the Summer League Coaches at the first practice and MUST be worn each game - NO jersey...No game – visit the Equipment page for required equipment.

Florida Lacrosse Camps

  Are the camps for everyone?
  Yes. Young athletes entering grades 2 to 12 are eligible to participate in our summer   lacrosse camps. We separate our campers into groups based on grade, size, skill, and experience. We ensure that no camper is overwhelmed or not being challenged enough.

  Will there be opportunities to be seen by college coaches at these camps?
  Yes. We select camp coaches who are college players, assistant coaches and head coaches. This essentially guarantees that if you perform well enough, the very people who matter the most will notice you. The opportunity is yours.

  Will I be able to get individual instruction?
  Yes. We have the best camper to coach ratio of any camp. Our coaches are great teachers who will work to ensure that you receive quality instruction.

  
Is there something for goalies?
  Yes. Every camp has a Goalie School built into it. The goalies get specialized instruction and live game action.

  Do you cover Face-offs/Draws?
  Yes. We explain the various techniques required to be able to win face-offs and draws. Our coaches are some of the best instructors around the game. We also include wing play and play on the circle.
