FLC Stetson Camp July 20 - 24

Ages:  Girls & Boys entering grades 4 - 12 are eligible.
Athletic Facilities:  Florida Lacrosse Camps takes advantage of the outstanding athletic facilities at Stetson University.  Campers will have the opportunity to play on the grass athletic fields (3) and the air-conditioned indoor facility. The campus swimming pool, training facility and Recreation Room will also be available during supervised times.

Camp Fees: 
 - All campers $450.00. 
 - A $150.00 deposit must accompany each application. 
 - Deposits are non-refundable. 
 - Balances are due by June 20, 2008 in order to guarantee space.

Enrollment:  To ensure quality instruction time for each camper, enrollment is limited.  Applicants will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.  The average player to coach ratio is 6:1.
Lodging & Security:  Campers & staff will be housed, two to a room in the Stetson University Student Residences.  Roommates are assigned at random by age unless one is requested in advance.  Please make any requests for a roommate via email.  ($50 room key deposit required at check-in, check made to FLC). The camp staff and University Police will provide 24-hour supervision of the dorms. 
Medical Attention:  Full-time trainers will be on duty to administer to minor injuries and sickness.  All camper Emergency Contact information and Medical Restrictions are kept with the trainer.
Meals:  Campers and Coaches will eat all meals in Stetson University dining facilities.
Protective Equipment:  Mouth guards are required for all players.  The girl’s campers must supply protective eyewear.  Boy’s campers need helmet, shoulder pads, arm pads, gloves and a protective cup is recommended. Goalkeepers must supply their own equipment.

Transportation: The campus of Stetson University can easily be reached by car  (Directions: http://www.stetson.edu/location/directions.php) from Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa and South Florida.

What to Expect
Campers must be ready for 6-8 hours of vigorous activity each day. Sneakers are recommended for play indoors while cleats are recommended for grass play.
